Rotary Club of Hamilton A.M. 25th Annual BBQ & Auction In support of the Dr. J. Edgar Davey Elementray School new "Rotary" Children's Play Centre.

The Rotary Club of Hamilton A.M. is hosting their annual fundraising event on Friday August 13, 2010. This event is used to raise funds for our club's major project - which for 2010 is the construction of a children's play ground and sports area at the Dr. J. Edgar Davey School - 99 Ferguson Ave., N., Hamilton. The Dr. Davey School is in the Beasley Neighbourhood of downtown Hamilton - although being one of the most diverse neighbourhoods, it is by far the poorest in all of Hamilton. The success of our endeavour relies on support by our members and our community partners. To complete this project in time for the school's re-opening in September 2010, our approx. $42,000.00 commitment is required by the end of August. We are confident we can meet this goal.
