Charitable Corp AGM & Centre for Diverse Learners
May 06, 2026 7:15 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.

The Hamilton AM Club has two corporations:  one we call the Club Operating and the other our new Charitable Corporation (replaceing what we used to call "The Trust").  Each corporation has its board members and Executives and uses the same operating year - July 1 to June 30 of the next year.  In the first half of thoday's meeting you will see the previous year's financial statements and the consolidated result.  As this is an Annual Meeting, voting will be involved.

At 8:00 am, we will hear from Carolyn Boutin, Exxecutive Director of the Centre for Diverse Learners, recipeint of a Major Grant from our club.  "Our mission is to support and empower neurodiverse learners through advocacy, education, and services. We aim to build a world where individuals with neurodiverse learning needs are included, empowered, and celebrated.

Our programs are designed to help students learn on their own terms, in the ways that work for them. In the short term, we teach students and parents how to advocate for their rights in the classroom. In the long term, we want to make sure they don’t have to. Our goal is a world where our organization isn’t needed – where every student automatically gets the help they deserve."

Speaker Bio
Carolyn Boutin is the Executive Director at the Centre for Diverse Learners. She is a former business owner and certified teacher with a background in Special Education. As a neurodiverse individual, she uses her personal and professional experience to help create opportunity and success for her community. Her trainings focus on building inclusive practices within already existing systems.

All members of the Rotary Club of Hamilton AM, Visiting Rotarians and other guests are invited to attend our weekly meeting, during which we will discuss various club matters.

Why Sponsor Golf for Good?

Sponsoring our event is more than a donation—it's a strategic partnership that offers several benefits for your business:

  • Boost Your Brand's Visibility: Your company's name and logo will be seen by all attendees and promoted across our social media, event materials, and signage.

  • Demonstrate Community Leadership: Show your commitment to our local community and the charities we support. This can enhance your company's public image and build goodwill.

  • Networking Opportunities: The event brings together business leaders, community members, and philanthropists, providing a great opportunity to connect with new clients and partners.

  • Support a Great Cause: All proceeds from the tournament go directly to our chosen charities, helping them continue their important work.

Sponsorship Opportunities

We've created a range of sponsorship levels to fit every budget, each with unique benefits to maximize your exposure.

  • Title Sponsor ($2,000): This is our premier sponsorship level. Your company will receive prominent placement and promotion on all event materials, including our website, social media, and on-site signage. This is the highest level of visibility we offer.

  • Dinner Sponsor ($750): Your company will be highlighted during our dinner, with special recognition and signage. This level also includes a complimentary hole sponsorship.

  • Cart Sponsor ($500): Your logo will be prominently displayed on every golf cart, ensuring high visibility throughout the day.

  • Drink Sponsor ($500): Your company will be featured at the beverage station, with signage at the bar and on drink tickets.

  • Program Sponsor ($500): Your company's ad or logo will be featured in the event program, which is distributed to all participants.

  • Hole Sponsor ($150): Your company's name and logo will be featured on a dedicated sign at one of the nine holes. It's a great way to show your support and get your name in front of all the golfers.

40th Anniversary Ruby Gala - August 7, 2026
Aug. 07, 2026 5:30 p.m.

The Rotary Club of Hamilton AM is turning 40, and we are throwing the party of the decade to mark forty years of Service Above Self.

$4 Million Raised. Thousands of Lives Changed.

The Ruby Summer Gala isn’t your typical fundraiser. We know you’re here to celebrate, not to sit through hours of podium speeches. That’s why we’ve designed an evening that replaces long presentations with high-energy entertainment and world-class music. We are keeping the formalities brief so we can get straight to the heart of the night: honouring forty years of community spirit and looking forward to the next forty.

Featuring a Special Live Performance by:

⭐⭐⭐ CRASH TEST DUMMIES ⭐⭐⭐

The multi-Grammy-nominated icons are bringing their legendary sound to our stage to help us celebrate this historic milestone. From "Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm" to "Afternoons & Coffeespoons," experience an intimate, powerhouse performance that you won't find anywhere else in the city this summer.

Your presence at this gala does more than just mark an anniversary; it fuels our mission to make Hamilton the best place to raise a child and to age.
