May 06, 2026 7:15 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
The Hamilton AM Club has two corporations: one we call the Club Operating and the other our new Charitable Corporation (replaceing what we used to call "The Trust"). Each corporation has its board members and Executives and uses the same operating year - July 1 to June 30 of the next year. In the first half of thoday's meeting you will see the previous year's financial statements and the consolidated result. As this is an Annual Meeting, voting will be involved. At 8:00 am, we will hear from Carolyn Boutin, Exxecutive Director of the Centre for Diverse Learners, recipeint of a Major Grant from our club. "Our mission is to support and empower neurodiverse learners through advocacy, education, and services. We aim to build a world where individuals with neurodiverse learning needs are included, empowered, and celebrated. Our programs are designed to help students learn on their own terms, in the ways that work for them. In the short term, we teach students and parents how to advocate for their rights in the classroom. In the long term, we want to make sure they don’t have to. Our goal is a world where our organization isn’t needed – where every student automatically gets the help they deserve." Speaker Bio All members of the Rotary Club of Hamilton AM, Visiting Rotarians and other guests are invited to attend our weekly meeting, during which we will discuss various club matters.
