 City of Hamilton City Manager. Marnie will be speaking about Hamilton's su
 ccesses and challenges. Marnie Cluckie joined the City of Hamilton as City
  Manager in January 2024\, returning after a decade of earlier service fro
 m 2005 to 2015. With over 18 years of public sector leadership experience\
 , she has held senior roles with Halton Region\, Halton Community Housing 
 Corporation\, Niagara Region\, and most recently served as Chief Administr
 ative Officer for Niagara-on-the-Lake. Marnie holds a Master’s in Leader
 ship and Organizational Development\, a Bachelor of Architecture\, and a B
 achelor of Environmental Studies\, along with executive certifications in 
 leadership\, mediation\, and change management. She is currently pursuing 
 an MBA and a Certified Economic Development designation. An active contrib
 utor to the municipal sector\, Marnie chairs the OMAA Aspiring CAO Committ
 ee and serves on AMO’s Workforce Development Taskforce and Finance and E
 conomic Development Advisory Committee. A 2023 Women in Business Award nom
 inee\, she is dedicated to advancing public service excellence\, sustainab
 le development\, and transparent\, inclusive governance.   Looking forwar
