DESCRIPTION:Lalla has been with HPS for 6 years\, prior to that she was in 
 the Canadian Military for 16 years. After her time on front line patrol sh
 e was awarded the position of Senior Support Officer in the Crimes Against
  Seniors Unit. In this role she does a lot of community engagement includi
 ng presentations and liaising with other agencies working with seniors. He
 r work includes welfare checks\, some investigations as well as managing a
 ll the reports from Long Term Care Homes and Retirement Homes. Aracely wil
 l be moving to a Detective Constable position in the Crimes Against Senior
 s Unit where she will continue to advocate and work for seniors.
